AGM Online Delivery Options & Rules

Free 4 stroke oil on all 4 stroke petrol machines

UK Mainland: Free delivery on all orders over £30 (large garden tractors aside as they cannot be sent by courier-call to discuss) to residents of the U.K. Mainland (except certain Highland postcodes and N.I; also excludes islands). Orders under £30 (affecting Spare Parts and some Garden Equipment Accessories) are subject to a small P&P cost of £2.95.

Most machines are sent by Courier - normally XDP Couriers, but others are used depending on item and destination. We dispatch machines by next working day courier and deliveries take place between 9 am and 6pm on weekdays only. Please be aware that this is not a guaranteed next working day service. If you wish to pay extra for a guaranteed service, either next day or next day by 1pm, then please email or phone us in advance and we will quote and organize for you.

If your order is received by us before 2pm on a weekday, delivery is normally the next working day to the U.K. mainland (normally 2 days for Highlands). Orders received between 2pm and 3pm are usually despatched that day for next working day delivery. In some cases delivery may take 3 - 5 days. If these times are not suitable please inform us so that alternative arrangements can be made. It should be noted that deliveries will always require a valid signature - either in person OR by a SIGNED note of instructions left in plain view for the driver.

Smaller items are sent by Royal Mail Post. All such items are dispatched as soon as possible via 2nd class post unless discussed by phone beforehand, and normally arrive in 3-5 working days.

Scottish Deliveries:

Due to the high cost of deliveries to certain parts of Scotland the following postcodes carry a surcharge - £25 is standard but see below for exceptions, or indeed call on 0117 949 6657 to see if a surcharge can be obviated):

AB31 - AB38; AB41 - AB42; AB43 - AB45; AB51 - AB56;

IV1 - IV56; FK19 - FK21; KA27 - KA28; KW1 - KW17;

PA20 - PA49; PA60 - PA78; PA80 - PA88;

PH15 - PH26; PH30 - PH44.

To check if your postcode carries a surcharge continue to the shopping cart, where you will be asked to enter your postcode and any extra will be displayed or of course call us on the above repeated number.

Scottish Highland Postcodes (as defined above) will have a £25 carriage surcharge added to their cart on checkout on all orders above £30. On orders less than £30, you will ONLY pay the standard £2.95 P&P fee. If you wish to make a substantial order (over £30) which still does not involve any machinery (and can therefore be posted) then please place your order by calling us on 0117 9822335 to obviate the charge of £25.

Islands: Surcharges always apply on machinery though not on spare parts. No standard surcharge - dependent upon which island, weight of item(s)etc. Please call ahead on 0117 9822335.

Northern Ireland: In general we do not supply to Northern Ireland but there are some exceptions - notably anything that can be posted. All orders for Northern Ireland should be taken by phone on 0117 9822335.

Ireland: Same rules apply as for Northern Ireland. We are able to send parts but carriage will be more than to Northern Ireland. Orders must be taken over the phone - please call to enquire on 0117 9822335.

Deliveries further afield: We have delivered widely throughout the EU in recent times, including Poland, Latvia, France, Germany, Belguim and Denmark, as well of the Republic of Ireland . We are able to send machines to any EU country and are happy to find the best quote for delivery if contacted on the below email address. Please note that we are only able to spend the time quoting prices for such deliveries on machines over the price of £150. We are able to provide machinery at a zero-VAT rate to EU companies who are VAT-registered. Please note the following proceedure for such sales: please include your VAT registration number in your enquiry, as well as a full billing and delivery address. We will find the best quote for delivery, advise you of the options in terms of price and time. We only accept payment by direct bank transfer for international sales (allow 2-4 working days for money to arrive in our account).
